What We Do

DateDocs has emerged as a potential aid to shed light on all kinds of cases where sexual relationships have gone wrong—those seeking justice for sexual misconduct as well as cases where someone may be wrongfully accused of a crime. By documenting consent, the lack thereof, or the revocation thereof, this tool provides tangible evidence that may support a victim's claims, potentially improving their chances of being granted a restraining order while also providing evidence that may exonerate those falsely accused. DateDocs’s straightforward app allows users to communicate the desire to engage in specific sexual or romantic acts—ranging from the mundane to the esoteric—while providing any party the ability to revoke consent for a specific act or the entirety of consent altogether in just two clicks. DateDocs users can revisit the consent boundaries for all historical partners in their accounts via a simple and intuitive interface. Concerning security, the databases containing sensitive information are heavily encrypted and detached from personally identifiable information.
